With the CCTV in the village can pictures of these local gangs be put up?
Maybe this way their parents might take some action, I believe a fair few are from so-called respectable families, Mammy & Daddy would certainly be seen to do something if there precious little Johhny was in one of the pictures....

Forget about Mammy and Daddy ..modern mums and dads don't really give a sh1t ! Trick is to get the useless keystones to lift a few of them and bring them to court ..preferably to a judge who dosn't listen to sob stories about a conviction "ruining their lives".... sort it out pretty damm quick !
