Hi, we’re hoping to put a deposit on a 3 bed type B in the second phase. Has anyone any more details on these types asides from the brochure? Hoping they’ll do a show house 🤞

Sounds great re kitchen are they going in this week? Do you have any details on the paint being used in the house? Waiting to hear back from Andy.

Re phase 2 , Deirdre Kervick at Gallagher & Quigley estate agents was really helpful for us so she might be good to contact.

Hi all,

Have many of the phase 1 people got dates for moving in yet? Just wondering if any of you have heard of the Paddocks area is mostly affected by some of the ESB or water outages in the overall Donabate area?

Thanks

Thanks and best of luck with the move!
Does the water or electricity go out of service often in the Somerton area?

I don't want to be a dark cloud. But it goes out quite a lot. 5 times since Christmas eve. Granted it may be only for an hour or so, but sometimes it's longer. I have had this conversation with a lot of neighbours and family that have lived here for a long time. Some born here. So 30 / 40 years. I and them reckon it's at least 8 times on average per year. So if that's the case there are only 3 left to go for this year. I dont think that will change anytime soon. Sorry. :(

Hi, can I double check with those in phase 1 from 5-16.. are your back gardens west facing? Many thanks.
Visited the site the other day, houses look great although they seem slow. Hopefully you all get in soon. Where we’re looking at is a car park still 🙈

Hi

I assume you’re looking at Phase 2 for the Paddocks? Have you heard when the show houses will be ready or when deposits will be taken for Phase2?

Thanks

Yes we’re interested in phase 2. We’ve been told from Gallagher Quigley there should be an update in the next couple of weeks. Fingers crossed now although as I said they haven’t started phase 2 at all, it’s a car park (or was last Thursday)!

Hi, we are due to move into phase 1 and have had no update at all from the builders. Has anyone heard anything recently?

Latest from the builder is that we will get 2 weeks notice of completion. Not great but start packing, I guess!

The gardens must be North-West facing, right?

Does anyone know what the broadband is like there? is everyone with Virgin or Eir?

Have any of you heard if the Paddocks or at least the surrounding area close to it have been affected by the recent water outages?

Thanks

Great news, thanks. I assume they're taking all precautions, we can wait for the house. But if they can work, that's great.
